*gross uncontrollable sobbing* I can just imagine John going to visit all these places to try and be close to Sherlock, to remember and feel his presence. And then time starts to move on, and John get’s better at blocking the memories so his visits become less and less frequent until the memories start to fade and it’s like Sherlock was never there… almost. And then he doesn’t have to visit those places anymore, and life can return to normal… sort of. Brilliant. This photoset, as much as it makes me hurt, is just brilliant.
